At EZ Cartridge UK, we are committed to supplying professional-quality tattoo and PMU equipment. Due to the nature of the products we supply, please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.
To exercise your right to cancel:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note: If an item is returned used, opened, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Hygiene & Safety Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

PMU cartridges

Permanent makeup machines

Power supplies

Grips or other items that come into contact with skin or bodily fluids
Any item that has been opened, used, tested in practice, or used in a professional setting cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.
This is in line with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Faulty or Not as Described Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are:

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods to be eligible for a full refund under your short-term right to reject.
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
Suitability for Professional Use
All product specifications, including dimensions and weight, are listed on our website.
EZ Cartridge UK cannot accept returns based on personal preference, technique suitability, or ergonomic feel where the item is not faulty and matches its published description.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended professional use, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase for guidance.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
